YouthBuild Indy Outreach Campaign
YouthBuild Indy (YBI) engages low income, unemployed young adults (ages 18-24) earning their high school diploma and transforming their lives and workforce outcomes while rehabilitating affordable, single-family housing for low-income families in Indianapolis. The program also includes counseling, peer support groups, job placement assistance, and post-secondary training preparation. YouthBuild Indy places 68 percent of its participants in education programs or employment with an 81 percent diploma/certification rate.
The Blue Umbrella, Inc. is excited to announce our new outreach campaign. In order to ensure that YouthBuild Indy has as many participants for their programs as possible, we will work closely with a wide range of other community organizations to help recruit eligible individuals.
